LinkedIn state that it requires no setting up of a 3rd party account but I would imagine that, following lockdown, most people already have a Teams or Zoom account these days and it’s only the person arranging the meeting that needs an account anyway, the other just clicks on a link. This change seems to reflect that in that all of my suggested connections had less than 500 connections and more than half had less than 100 ![]() I must admit this is a feature I haven’t even glanced at for years - which is telling in that I believe PYMK is mostly used by occasional and inexperienced users. LinkedIn says it reduced bias in its connection suggestion algorithm. With the full Marketplace feature planned for launching in Autumn/Fall this year, I thought it was time to start planning for its arrival.īut first… Interesting Stuff I Saw This Week ![]() The news that LinkedIn were launching a Freelancer booking service similar to the likes of Fiverr and Upwork was originally broken in February this year…since then we have heard very little until last week when a number of people reported a new feature allowing them to ask for reviews of their services. ![]()
